Aircraft General Data

CAMO Service is a software dedicated to airworthiness data management. It has been specifically designed to help CAMO manage Continuing Airworthiness according to regulation n° 2042/2003.

CAMO Service is easy to use

Flight data is entered daily. The software immediately updates the time and cycles on the aircraft and its components. New estimated due dates for scheduled maintenance, component inspections, and life limited parts (LLP) replacement are displayed immediately.

Defects are entered along with the flight data and are archived. Items in the Minimum Equipment List can be transferred to the Hold Item List. The due date for the item will be computed from their category (A, B, C or D).

Though weekly and line maintenance are not scheduled by the software, their execution can be recorded. Estimated dates for scheduled maintenance (for example A- and C-checks) are computed by the software according to the flight schedule.

Aircraft parts and assemblies are identified by their part- and serial-number. Part swapping (between positions in the aircraft) and part replacement are managed. Components inspections and LLP replacement are scheduled.

All reports on the status of the aircraft are just one click away.

Airworthiness Directives management

Airworthiness Directives are managed in a 2-step process.

Every day, the Maintenance Engineer checks the ADs that are automatically imported from the Authorities website (eg EASA). For each AD, she indicates which aircraft types are relevant, or she discards the AD if there is none.
Discarded ADs will not appear in AD reports.

For example, 2008-0218 will be attached to ATR42 and ATR72 types;
2009-0125-E will be discarded as this CAMO does not manage Eurocopter helicopters.

The selected ADs are now attached to all aircrafts of the selected type. For each aircraft, the Maintenance Engineer indicates if the AD is applicable or not. If it is, she enters an applicable date (or hours, or cycles). If it is not, she enters the reason why (“due to serial number”) for documentation purposes.
All ADs, applicable or not, will appear in the AD report to indicate the Maintenance Engineer has analyzed it.
